“The villa is wonderful, it has everything you need to offer a stress free holiday. It’s perfect, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and just such a cosy vibe. It’s within walking distance of shops and only a 5 minute drive from Corralejo. Renato was really helpful, before we arrived and during our stay, helping us get a car and taking care of every little detail. We can’t wait to come back again.”

The villa was spotless on arrival, with everything maintained to a high standard, making it feel comfortable and welcoming straight away. “Stayed for a week at Katis Villas. Overall an enjoyable stay. Renato was very helpful throughout. Wi-Fi was good enough to stream TV or work. Supermarkets in walking distance, complex is nicely kept and check-in was super easy. Unfortunately not a 5 star experience though on these points: - We were constantly battling ants which made food prep in the kitchen not desirable. - We also had pool heating issues which took a few days to resolve, eventually by having the heating switched on overnight (Renato and the maintenance team were helpful, and they did remove the cost of this) - We had noise issues with the rear neighbours hot tub running through the night and gargling because it wasn’t full, which was very loud in the third bedroom - The furnishings are a little dated overall but everything was clean (aside from the ants) - The pool got very bug filled very quickly, not having the pool cleaned every day or other day wasn’t the best Overall it’s fine, my wife has stayed in an actual Bahiazul villa and says the furnishing was higher end and experience was nicer. Probably wouldn’t return, but that’s more down to Corralejo as an area being too quiet than the villa itself.”

“Stayed here recently and we had a really nice time. The place has been renovated recently from what we can tell and they even have a cook service which we used to have a Paella. Fully recommend it.”
